Mint Cocoa Crinkle Cookies

I got the inspiration from this recipe: http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/chocolate-mint-crinkles/2a41a240-9acb-4b9d-84c5-2ab428d44ddd?utm_medium=social&utm_source=pinterest&utm_campaign=10_2015_standard&crlt.pid=camp.FMRXTxp1aCw6

Still the same recipe I just tweaked it a bit

What you will need to do:

  1. Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a medium sized bowl.
  2. In large bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, and oil with a whisk until all the ingredients are combined.
  3. Add in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in the large bowl and mix.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  5. Heat the oven to 350°F.
  6. Once the dough is ready, add the powdered sugar in a small bowl. Make small balls (size of a tablespoon or less) with the dough and roll the dough onto the powdered sugar.
  7. On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, place the dough at least 1-1½ inch apart.
  8. Press down on each ball with your thumb to make a little indent in the center of each dough.
  9. Put the cookies in the oven for about 10-12 minutes.
  10. When the cookies have finished baking, add the Andes chocolate on top and it is ready to eat!mint-pictures-4
