3 Smoothie Recipes

These smoothies are perfect if you are in a hurry or want to make something quick for breakfast. This is also saves a lot of time if you’re going on vacation. You can make the smoothie and take it on the go. (The featured image has nothing to do with the post hehe, but it is more exciting than an attempt to make a smoothie picture look good).
Chocolate Smoothie
  • 1/2 hass avocado
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • A few ice cubes
Green Smoothie
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 cup of frozen pineapples
  • 1/2 cup of frozen peaches
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 of lime (squeezed)
  • A few ice cubes
  • (You can add pineapple juice it you want the smoothie less sweet)
Iced Coffee Smoothie
  • 1 scoop of Vega Protein and Greens Vanilla Powder (less if you’re not working out)smoothie-picture
  • 1 cup of brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (optional, but recommended)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • A few ice cubes
Mix ingredients in a blend and adjust to you preferences. Enjoy! These are all delicious smoothies that are good for you! If you try any of these smoothies let me know 🙂
