Hey everyone! April was such a good month. I started to realize that my program was ending soon. Because of that, I decided to do as much as I can to make most of the program. Last time, I left off at a spa day with my roommate Lexi. Let’s see the where the rest of my April adventures took me 🙂
On April 9th, I went to Animal Kingdom with Kelly and we had some drinks and watched Rivers of Light. This is such a breathtaking show. I recommend watching it. I also met eleventh gorgeous while I was at Animal Kingdom! They are beauty YouTubers that I watch from time to time. It was a pleasure meeting both of them.
April 10th and the end of the day we had roommate bonding at our apartments and wore onsies and had a fun night. These are the nights I loved because it involved acting goofy and spending with with some of the best people that I have ever met.
My cousin Annie was visiting Disney April 13th and I met up with her and her family at Animal Kingdom where we were able to look at the trails before I had to go to work. I also was able to spend time with her daughter Savannah which was so much fun!
On April 16th, I went to the breakfast character dining at Ohana with Lexi, Kelly, Julie, and Tanner. We met one of my favorite characters: Stitch! It was such a nice experience and they had Jungle Juice!! (so good. I recommend trying it if you haven’t already). I do not know what’s in it, but for me it is so much better than Orange Juice.
On April 21st, I had a Disney day with my roommate Danielle. It was so magical. We went on some rides and shared laughed and the unimaginable happened… we wanted to see if there was a open spot at the Be Our Guest dinner service. Unfortunately, the cast member said that there were no seats available. Shortly after, a family came up saying that they had to cancel their reservation. We then asked the cast member again and I guess since it wasn’t in the system, she gave us a hint to come back in 15 minutes to try again. We went on the Little Mermaid ride, and ran back to the restaurant. The same cast member said that they had an available seat and my dreams came true! I was able to have a walk-in reservation to the Be Our Guest dinner service. The food was delicious and the wine I had was so good. Do you want to know the best part about the whole experience!? I was able to meet the BEAST!! Oh my. It was the best day ever! Stitch and the Beast are both my favorite characters. I even have a Beast Backpack. Of course I showed it to the Beast and he loved it! It was such a memorable character experience. I totally recommend going to the dinner service at Be Our Guest.
On April 23rd, my best friend’s family visited me in Orlando. I showed them around my home park and we had an absolute blast meeting characters, going on rides, and eating yummy food! It was so great to see them. We also went to Hollywood Studios and watched the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular show. My friend Kyrsten was picked to be apart of the show! It was so hilarious and fun to watch! I loved spending time with my second family.
April 24th, I went to the Cat Cafe with Lexi, Kelly, and Seamus! Oh my! This was so much fun. The coffee there was delicious and it was nice to spend time with such wonderful people. Plus it was fun to basically hang out with cats. I could literally be there all day.
April 25th, I went to explore Epcot on my own and I did the Easter Egg hunt. I completelt the hunt and won a Tramp Easter egg as a prize! I also tried some food from the Festival of the Arts. These festivals never disappoint and my tummy was thankful for that!
April 28th, I went to Universal with Julie! We went to both parks. I got myself an interactive wand and we casted spells all around Hogwarts and Diagon Alley. We watched some shows and then headed to City Walk’s Toothsome Chocolate Emporium. We had some food and had their milkshakes. So good!
April 29th, my best friend Sammy visited me and we hung out and eat and drank around the world at Epcot. We stopped by the Tequila bar in Mexico and I tried a Horchata. So good, but i prefer the taste of a coquito better. It was nice to spend some time with her! We also met my friend Sven at work!
Later that night there was a party with my fellow Harambe Cast Memebers at Old Town Kissimmee. One of the chefs was relocating to a different location so we said our goodbyes. This was a fun night where we shared drinks, chatted, and went go-karting.
On April 30th, I hung out with my friends Sven and Guigui at Hollywood Studios! We went to the Star Wars section and met BB-8, Kylo Ren, and Chewbacca! It was such awesome character interactions with some amazing friends!
April was such a fun filled month. I had to make most of it since the end of my program was quickly approaching. That’s all I have for the month of April! I hope you enjoyed these diaries. Sadly, I have one more of them to go. May was a bittersweet month because I tried to enjoy as much as I can before realizing that soon I will be finishing the program May 25th. If you want to see how the month of May went, stay tuned because I will posting my last post of this series very soon! Thanks for giving my posts a read and I hope you have a wonderful day! Remember to follow your dreams! Anything is possible 🙂
